All products are made-to-order. Because of this, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is:

• Damaged upon arrival
• Defective
• Incorrect item received

If you experience any of these issues, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item and issue

If the issue is confirmed, we will:

• Send a replacement at no additional cost, or
• Issue a refund if a replacement is not available

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Buyer’s remorse
• Incorrect size selection (please review size charts carefully)
• Shipping delays caused by the carrier
